MapQuest -- This site will tell
you exact directions to anyone's doorstep. You can have directions
city to city, or address to address. It gives you exact mileage.
It is a wonderful site and will even give you printable maps for your trip.
Ticketmaster -- This is the
site of ticketmaster outlets. You can purchase tickets online, or
you can look up events by venue, state, category, or name. The only
downside to this site is that you can only purchase tickets during regular
ticketmaster hours (8am-10pm).
Varsity Books -- This is a
site to buy college textbooks on. You save an average of 15% on your
books and you receive your order in about 3 days.
Ebay -- This is the original auction
site on the web. They've apparently been having problems lately,
but I've ordered from them and never had problems. Although all auction
sites are done on honor, so if you win an auction, it's between you and
the person that put the item up for auction to handle disputes.
Area Codes -- This is a site
that will give you the area code of anywhere you want to call. All
you have to do is enter the city and it will give you the area code.
You don't even have to dial 10-10 before you get the answer.
RealPlayer -- this is the realplayer
home page. If you don't have a realplayer, you should get one.
It can play music, and even videos, and it comes in real handy.
E*TRADE -- this is the site that
you can buy and sell stocks online. It's really easy to do, and if
you don't mind trusting a computer with all of your money, this is the
place for you.
Florida State University -- Just in
case you've missed the 6 or 7 other links I've got throughout my page,
this is the FSU home page.
